Orders placed on weekdays will be shipped the following working day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

If your order was successful, you will be sent a confirmation email to the address you provided. Check your spam folder or contact us via kundservice@bjornaxen.se if you have not received your confirmation within 30 minutes. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch notification together with a link to your tracking number. Unfortunately, if you choose delivery by standard post, you will not receive a tracking link. You will also be sent your receipt.
