Returns

You have the right to return one or more products for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Please note that returned products must be unused and unopened to qualify for a refund. If you have experienced an issue with a product or would like to make a complaint, please contact our Customer Support team at customersupport@bjornaxen.se before registering a return. 

A return fee of €4 will be deducted from your refund amount.
